The Trails

 

Upon moving into the Trails, I thought I would be living in a moderately priced, nice apartment.

Before signing the lease the staff was helpful and constantly available.

All signs pointed to a satisfactory experience.

HOWEVER, shortly after move-in the problems began.

There were outrageous fines for things like misplaced mail and overnight guests.

I thought this would be my apartment, and that I would decide if it were suitable for myself to have an overnight guest.

Obviously, someone else had a say in it too.

The staff charged over $1,200 in fines for things like recurrent overnight guests, an unreported dog in the apartment (I reported the dog after receiving it as a birthday gift), and yet another fee of over $1,000 for maintainance fees after they EVICTED ME for...

guess what' OVERNIGHT GUESTS and a DOG!!! The management may seem pleasant and helpful when you take your little tour, but as soon as you move in they will be watching you like a hawk, driving on their little golf carts and waiting to charge those outrageous fees for things that are absolutely ludicrous.

Sound like fun' I don't think so.

Oh, and I did neglect to mention that when I was evicted, I was notified at 11 a.m.

on a Thursday and had to be completely moved out of the horror apartment by 8:00 a.m.

that Friday morning.

For those of you who can't count, that's less than 24 hours!!! It was an absolute terrible experience.

I'd never felt so mistreated and panicked in my life.

Think it over before you sign that lease.
