Don't do it - Looks are deceiving

They are rude and inconsiderate and try to charge you for each and every little thing. They say they want to treat everyone the same, but I know for a fact that there are favorites. They do not clean the sidewalks in a timely fashion. Several people almost fell because they waited so long.
