Don't rent here. We have had several occasions where maintenance came in without our permission to fix something, but left the apartment in worse shape when they left, then they never come back to fix it. Our apartment flooded from the one above us while we were out of town. It destroyed one of our beds, (which we were not reimburssed for) and made the whole place stink. When we got back in town we had to vaccum the whole place just to get out some of the water that had been sitting there for 2 days. THey never called us to tell us what had happened, all they did was leave a note on the door. Also, now our A/C is out and the only way to get maintnance out her is say it's an emergency , but they wont get out here for about a week is what they said. Dont rent here, just plant a bomb and blow them up!!!
