This complex does not have many qualitiy amenities, but it does have good apartments that are well taken care of. This complex has the most square footage for the $ of any apartment complex in the SW JOCO area. It is also very convenient to almost every part of the KC area. Great place to live. The maintenance is usually very good and quick to respond. Highly recommended as a place to live. Also close to the park and Mill Creek 36 mile pathway and park.
