this place is a piece of crap. do i need to say more' i think so.



we went to move in and our apt. was not even ready. no one even told us, and they still gave us the keys. the only thing clean was the carpet. we never even got a apology or or something in return for a headache or a move.. no wonder why they offer a 30 day move out if you aren?t happy. cause they know they can?t get anything right.



1.the apt. was a mess.

2.we couldn?t use either of our bathrooms.

3.we couldn?t open any windows.

4.the ac didn?t work. don?t even think about calling the office on a ac cause they can?t get it right with the first, second or even third visit. you might as well call some one else.

5.we had no lights in the bedrooms.

6.dont? think about calling the office for a work order they won?t let you finish-they are ready to get off the phone before they even do there little phone speal.

7.don?t even think about dropping your rent off in the office-they want you to use the drop box-talk about a friendly living enviorment.

8.there is bird poop every where.

9.the hallways are always dirty, they stink and they are hot. they won?t let us open the windows.
10.make sure to schedule mait. to come when you are home. they will come in make the carp. dirty and forget to lock your door.



Air Conditioning - The units there are old and less powerful than a window unit. All the other comments on here are dead on.



don?t do it i do have to say it is worth your time to shop and spend a little xtra money on something better... don?t live at chesapeake estates.
