The price was good for the location. The ants and roaches became like second family to me. The maintenance never fixed anything properly, if they fixed it at all. My neighbors had the cops called on the too many times to count for fighting and throwing parties. When I moved out, I schedule an appointment with the manager to inspect my apartment. She didn't bother to show, but did send one of her "helpers" since she can't do HER job! They told me my apt was good and everything looked fine (there was a stain in the living room carpet that was already there when I moved in.) So I signed my name on the inspection form and thought that would be the end. I was shocked when I didn't get my deposit back and was being billed over $400.00 for new carpet. The manager went in afterwards and decided to replace the carpet at my expense. Since I had already signed the inspection sheet, there was nothing I could do about it. So if you like being RIPPED OFF... move here!
