i'm going to tell you the honest truth about chesapeake, so be prepared.

when i first came to view the complex, i was very impressed. the staff was very friendly. i moved in, and then after a couple of months, i realized how thin the insulation is here. i pay 500/monthly for rent and i hear my neighbors upstairs doing the deed. i get woken up at all hours of the night..from 12 am to 12 pm. if you decide to live here, at least get the 2nd floor, it's worth the walk up the stairs. that's my only real regret about this place...also that we have to pay renters insurance, for what' and..is that legal for them to do that' but yes, the insulation isn't very good, so if you like your peace and quiet as i do, don't consider this place. the lighting around the apartment and the mailboxes is VERY faulty. they often flicker or not work at all. they need to get that fixed just for safety reasons. the girls in the office are super cool...but the guy in there isn't very sincere when he tries to help you out on things...that's the truth....
