CARPET SCAMMERS

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
Cheseapeake Estates charged me 600 dollars for carpet to be replaced also, and they even wrote on our check in sheet that the carpet already had spots. They also said we had bleach spots. The only time I use bleach is in the laundry room, no in the middle of the dining room. One piece of advice. Do not pay attention to their threats, like I did. I paid their collection agency, because they threatened to report it to my credit report. I have also reported this into Fox 4 problem solvers, and am waiting for a response. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE - OR PRICE MANAGEMENT, YOU WILL BE SORRY IN THE LONG RUN.
