I lived in this complex for a year. Over that time we had over 20 mice come through our apartment, at least that's how many we killed. We called the office incessantly for them to set traps. Sometimes they did (a few days after we called). Their response was always that no one else had been complaining of mice (but I know they had been seen by the staff in our apartment).
