You pay for what you get. Very nice price but I see bugs A LOT. More than average. The weeds are out of control. The layouts are not designed very well. It was fine for me cause I lived alone but any time I had someone over we ran into each other. Oh yeah... The neighbor that was behind me snored every night. I could hear it very clearly like he was sleeping next to me. Don't expect to park in your carport that you pay for. I only had it for 3 months and (I'm not kidding) 6 different cars parked in it. All the office did was get it towed (7-8 hours after I called) and say sorry!
