RIPPED OFF ON MOVE OUT!!!!

I also had a problem with the apt. complex and it seems I am not the only one. (Wish I had found this site before I moved in.) We were charged $675.83 for the replacement of carpet due to excessive cat urine. Firstly, our cat never pissed on the floor. We have rented numerous places with her and have never had a problem. Secondly, cat urine has a strong oder and if it had been so bad in every room of the house we would have noticed. Yes there were a few stains on the floor in the livingroom and dining room but why replace the bedroom carpets' Also, we were charged $25.00 for the removal of child proof locks that were there when we moved in. In short the rent is cheap but you WILL BE RIPPED OFF IN THE END.
