Crime is on the rise

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006
 
I have had my vehicle vandalized more times than I can remember. I have tried to go through normal "channels" to address it but to no avail. HOWEVER if I catch the responsible party, well lets just say your significant other will be opening your ketchup bottles.
