We decided to rent here in August of 2004. I was 6 months pregnant and we needed a two bedroom. The price was right. We moved in and the first night I was comming home and there were a bunch of snakes in front of the door. I freaked out and it brought me to tears. We had a leak in our kitched cabnit from the wash room and a leak from the person who lived above us that leaked into our bathroom. They fixed the leak but never fixed our celing. The kitchen leak was never fixed. Then as the months went on we noticed we had a serious spider problems. Not just little spiders either they were huge some the size of tennis balls. Our daughter was born in December and our heat stoped working. They came out to fix it twice before it actually started working. I think that most of the office staff is nice when you can actually get them to answer the phone. We had repeated problems with people pulling the fire alarms in our buildings and with break ins. Our apt wasn't robbed but our neighbor across the hall was. However, I was surprised that they let us have our deposit back.

Wow, I had a very similiar experience with a snake when I lived there in 2003. I stepped out of my car and closed my door. I stepped forward and bumped it with my foot. It was coiled up in the walkway leading from the parking lot. I called the front office and they didn't even send any one to investigate. They just told me that it probably wouldn't be there by the time they came over. For the rest of my lease, I was always on the lookout for snakes.
