Noisy, not safe... Can't wait to get out!

You name it, we've got through it:
Old appliances - Had to have dishwasher replaced the first week we moved in
Old plumbing - pipe burst and flooded the upstairs bathroom causing a waterfall from our livingroom ceiling.
You can hear ENTIRE conversations from all of the surrounding units. We can even hear when someone coughs.
We watched a guy get arrested in the parking lot at 5AM on a Monday morning.
There are always police cars and ambulances on weekends.
The dumpster is LOUD at 6AM - Sometimes even earlier.
The staff is not helpful; you have to call several times to get anything done.
We had a resident possum get into our apartment through the dryer vent.

I agree with all the above & also since taking away the fences on the patio, it really looks trashy because people are not keeping that area neat. There should be shrubs put there or something that has a little more privacy and not looking so run down. For the price I pay, it is not very nice on the outside. I am pretty well satisfied with the inside if it were not so noisy.
