I believe the rent is very reasonable. All big issue problems I have had, have been fixed within a day of reporting it. Walls are thinner than one would hope, but if you have okay neighbors like I do, then it is not a problem. The landscape could be better maintained though.

If you have a problem with something, make sure to report it and it should get taken care of. If not, just complain until it is. The office staff is responsive. Plenty of parking for the building I am in. I would recommend this apartment complex.
