I have a mixed reviews. Right after I moved in I noticed the dishwasher didn't work. It had a rusted hole in the door! The guest bathroom sink also leaked. These are both items that should have been checked before allowing someone to move in. To the managements credit however, both were fixed within 2 days.
About a month after I moved in the people across the hall from me moved in and tore the paint off the hallway stair rails. It took management 2 months to send someone out to repaint it and even then they only did 1 rail and didn't sand it down so it looks like crap. The other side has never been painted to date.
Parking is a definate issue and to top it off they dumped 2 huge piles of gravel in 2 of the prime parking spots and never moved them forcing residents to park along the street!
They don't enforce the lease at all (except payments) allowing residents to leave trash bags and trash in the hallway.
When we toured the place they said they were remodeling the club house and in a few months the gym would have 24 hour access. That was August of 2005 it's now June of 2006 and the fitness center still isn't 24 hours. Worse yet its only open banker hours 9-5pm making it useless to those of us who work 9-5.
Finally the pool hours are posted on the door to the pool and clearly state the pool is open till 10 or 11pm on the weekends. However memorial day weekend they chained and padlocked the pool!!! With no notice whatsoever to residents!!

The fitness center possibly being open 24 hrs would be wonderful, but this is the first time I have heard about it. And normally the office is open until 5:30, enough time for me to stop in if I need too during winter hours and 6 during the rest of the year. Personally I never have a problem with parking, but that's why I choose the apartment I did, I knew I wouldn't. I guess it just all depends on the location.

I do not know where you get the the girls in the office are sorority girls. They have been nothing but nice to me. Always helpful. It seems like you would not be happy living any where. If you are so unhappy here, why don't you just leave. Go buy a house, if you don't like how it is here, you aren't going to find an apt place that you do like. They are all the same.

The Fitness Center is open until 10p.m. If you get off at 5 why can't you come after that?
