My husband and I currently live at Wind river lodge, and we both hate it.

We have had numerous problems and the staff here ignores our compliants.

We have had MICE, COCKROACHS and LOTS OF SPIDERS.

Our neighbors here are either rude or really noisy.

One night my husband had to wait outside the apartments entrance because there was about 10 cop cars all lined out side of a building and they were not letting anybody through.

I feel very unsafe here and has had my car broken into.

The staff here seems to be annoyed with any of our problem. The maintence guys are scrungy and have just walked in our apartment during the day when we were home...

We thought this property would be nice since they were a price brother property. Because we have rented at stone post ranch which is a price property too. Stone post was very nice and i do recommend them to anyone.

EXCUSE ME BUT I HAVE CALLED THE OFFICE AND HAVE HAD THE EXTERMINATOR MAKE A TRIP OUT HERE. THEY TOLD US THAT THE PESTS CAME FROM OUR NEIGHBORS. WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH PESTS ANYWHERE ELSE EXCEPT HERE. AND I DON'T SEE WHY YOU ARE STICKING UP FOR THE DISGUSTING CREATURES IN THE FIRST PLACE??

How are your living conditions? I don't know about you, but I have always known that mice and cockroachs are in homes/apts that are in horrible living environments. If an apt is dirty and nasty it draws mice and cockroachs to it. Also, I am pretty sure the office has an exterminator, why don't you give them a call. Or do you prefer to live with the mice and cockroachs? It is worth a shot to call the office and have the exterminator out.

I have to agree with the original poster on this. When I lived there, the staff seemed annoyed every time you call and if they send someone to fix, it's usually a week or two later.

ummm, yeah, have you noticed there is a slight difference between a 20 year old property (wind river) and a BRAND SPANKIN NEW PLACE (stonepost)??? YOU ARE AN IDIOT, and you cant spell. If you hate it, move out! oh, wait, you probably cant afford any other place, huh?? is that why you moved from stonepost to wind river?? you're retarded.

I also would have to agree with the original poster. I have also had problems with Spiders (namely brown recluses and hobo spiders, both very agressive and poisonous), mice, and other pests. We've had birds nest in our dryer vents and die, we've had mice make a nest out of my stove, and spiders randomly go in and out of our apartment through the crack under our front door. I'm sorry to say, no matter what you do here, they always come back. The problem is preventive maintenance, they just have so many problems with the property that the staff can't keep up. BTW, pests are attracted to any type of living space. If there is a place to hide they will be there. Both me and my husband keep our apartment in pristine condition. We have to since we have small children, so don't think that it's the way people live that would attract these pests.
