The parking lot is the crappist part about this aparment complex. I have blown out a full set of tires in the past year that I have lived here. No one in the office gives a crap about the parking lot or the broken down cars that have been sitting here for months. Why can't you guys just get these cars towed out' Whats the freaking problem' Oh yeah, the A/C in my apartment was installed back in 1975. Can we get this upgraded to todays standards' For crying out loud, the thing runs all day and never cools down the apartment. Again, calls to the office go unanswered. What does it take to get services around here'
These girls in the office need to get real jobs and real lives and learn what customer service really means.
