I've lived here since Jan of 2006, My first night was total hell, my upstairs neighbors were fighting and he beat the ---- out of her, i called the cops and they were here in 2 mins, and took him to jail. Otherwise, I've had a couple of issues with the maintance on weekends, lucky my boyfriend could fix it for me because the maintance on call said it really wasn't an emergency (my kitchen faucet wouldn't turn off. I've lived in 3 different apartments now in Johnson county and I'm pretty happy with this one. The pool is nice, maintance is decent, and it's the right price. My boyfriends motorcycle was stolen though, I called the crime analyzers at the police station and they told me it was the first one stolen out of here in a year and a half. So, I think thats pretty good. Otherwise I do like living here, I would recommend it, I have pretty good neighbors, everyone is pretty quiet.
