I think the layout of the buildings is very attractive and the cost is low in comparison to neighboring communities. The area is about as safe as one can hope for (a park across the street, elementary school down the road, and new housing edition next door keeps the police patrol fairly constant). I think the building construction could use some work. My bedroom window has a terrible draft and I don't have a washer and dryer, so there is a gaping hole in the wall where the dryer is supposed to vent. Furthermore, the covered parking spaces do not leave enough space for normal vehicles to park. I don't even use mine most of the time because the fit is just way too tight. I'm generally happy with the noise level and most residents seem to keep to themselves. I think they do a very good job of keeping the grounds clean and nice looking. Having immediate access to 435 without being on an overly busy exit is also very nice.
