Not great, but not bad...

First off, I pay $449/ month, which was about as low as I could find in the area with washer/dryer hook-up. The place isn't very big, I think about 700sf or so, but it is the right size for my wife and I. Air conditioner is not the best, so cooling gets pretty expensive in July and August, but heat works pretty well since we are upstairs and got a lot of heat from our neighbors underneath us. I live on the back corner of the complex, farthest away from 435, so it is pretty quite. We haven't had any bug problems, just one or two here and there. Parking in our building hasn't been too bad, but other building lots look pretty crowded. We really like the part of town that it is in- quiet and lots of open area to go for walks and close Shawnee Mission Park. We haven't had any real big issues with management or maintanence, nothing has really broken, and when our shower drain was really slow, they had it fixed within a day. Like I said, not great, but not too terrible either. If you're not looking for luxury, I would at least sat you should check it out and see for yourself.
