Beware: If you have any high dollar items of value (including cash) then this is not the place for you because your personal property will mysteriously disappear - even if you lock your door when you leave and even if you do not give your keys to anyone else! Yes, a robbery will take place, and it will not be a forced entry (read between these lines).

When I lived there I consistently came home to an unexpected and un-needed/unwanted guest who of which had no business in my apartment.
Maintenance constantly broke state law by letting themselves into the apartment without 48/24 hour notice....I would not live there or recommend anyone living there ever again. Do what I did, call the office and let them know that you are filing a police report, also make it a habit of documenting when you place maintenance requests and when they fix things or let themselves in...my a/c broke 3 times and it took them 2 weeks one time to finish the job in the middle of winter.

I have also live at this complex but we cut our lease short because we were also victims of burglary. In both cases there was no sign of forced entry and our door was left unlocked (and open the first time). Management claims they have the best maintenance staff ever, but they are the only ones with keys besides us. I would never recommend living here.
