Not all bad

The thing I love the most is the location of the complex. It s in a nice part of town. The park is within walking distance and always full of friendly people on warm sunny days. Lots of convenient businesses close by. My building and everyone in it is sooo quite for the most part. For that I am thankful and therefore giving a better review than most other tenants. I am anticipating the day noisy neighbors move in and ruin it for me and everyone else.... That's when there will be serious problems. The lay out and anything inside the apartment (cabinets, appliances, fixtures, flooring, etc) are nothing special but I've never had a problem that couldn't be fixed promptly and correctly. I don t have any problems with insects and have never requested an exterminator. Parking has always been a problem (even if you pay extra for a carport your spot sometimes gets taken.) I didn't spend a lot of time at the pool while it was open but it seems to be kept pretty clean. I don t know anything about the clubhouse or fitness center. I don t interact with the staff. If eventually I have the problems other fellow tenants are having, especially the noise factor, I'm gonna have to move. I feel for you guys, I honestly do. I've had much greater problems like yourself living in other apartment complexes than I do living where I am right now. However, there are problems everywhere you go and those problems change and/or increase from year to year if you continue to stay in one place. It's just a matter of what you're actually getting for the price you pay ($$$) and for me this is good for now but I wouldn't pay much more than I already do.
