If you're looking to rent a nice apartment, you should probably stay away from this one. The office staff is rude and unwelcoming. They always seemed understaffed and had very little time to accomodate to your needs. Maintenance wasn't great. One guy came in to fix my dishwasher and didn't do the job. I had to contact management to send out someone else to fix it and that took another day. They don't mention that carpet cleaning is offered FREE yearly so I had to find that out from a neighbor. My apartment was falling apart. A water leak from my refrigerator caused mold to grow like ivy on the plaster wall and how did maintenance fix the problem' They painted over it! The other side of the wall had a huge water stain and they left it there to eat up the woodwork. My toilet leaked and there was a huge water stain on the linoleum. I heard my neighbors go to the bathroom when I was in the adjacent side of the wall. That was lovely. The walls have very thin insulation so it was like you were right next to them at times. The grounds keeper didn't cut the grass often so it was always long and unkept. I had to request for a dishwasher that worked because it was broken when I moved in. The manager changed every few months. I hated my stay there. DO NOT LIVE HERE! It was built in 1989...That is almost 20 years old! The apartment tenants became seedier and seedier each year. I did not feel safe. I even witnessed a black SUV pull up on the street by my apartment one morning on my way to my car to go to work. Two POLICEMEN jumped out of their car, holding GUNS and running on either side of the other building. I left immediately because I didn't want to get in the middle of a crimescene. I also witnessed policeman handcuff some tenants and were called for domestic reasons with TWO other incidences. Parking can be a nightmare when people have company and I had to park across the street and walk to my apartment late at night. I'm not exaggerating on my experiences. Please don't move here if you have a choice. Men stand on balconies watching you get mail and whistle. It's not a safe place for women or children.
