The staff and Price Brothers will screw you. I lived in my apartment for two years and had lots of issues. The maintance staff was under staffed and I agree w/ the previous comment of the office staff always acting as if your situation was not important, regardless of what was going on. I had bugs coming into my apartment from the entry doorway not being closed properly and then the maintance staff not having put a proper door stopper on when I requested it due to bugs coming in. The maintance staff came in to help w/ a toilet issue and walked on the carpet w/ the dirty water. The carpet, vinyl, and bathroom vinyl were not in good condition when I moved in and that is what additional charges were for. The staff decided to screw me out of my 800 deposit and still wanted more money b/c they can't keep the properties up to date. They are RUDE and unfriendly both at the office and at the Price Brothers Corportation. They don't care about their residence or properties. Too bad people need a place to live, otherwise, I'd say screw all Price Brothers Properties, this is the 2nd one I'ved lived at and they keep getting worse. I'll never live in another one. I could go on but I think you get the point.
