Not Bad but over-priced

These apartments aren't too bad, but I think they are a little over priced. Overall its a very nice neighborhood, no problems with neighbors, i've never had issues with things breaking, the walls are a little thin, but overall not too bad. Everything is pretty plain jane though. Parking on weekends can suck, and they like to mow the lawn very early on weekends. (7am-8am)I will say the swimming pool was pretty nice, and the work out facility was ok. But like i said, i think they are over priced, and I've heard the price has gone up. My new place is over 100 sq ft bigger, newer, and $75 dollars cheaper, plus no gas bill. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
