You'll regret it. My boyfriend and I moved into our apartment last November, and the place has been going downhill ever since. The first problem that we encountered was the lighting to our dining room. It wasn't a matter of a light bulb being out, but the whole electrical unit was malfunctioning. The light would flicker on and off, and to add the that, the smoke alarm's wire were attached to that outlet. Every time the light was "on" the smoke alarm would go off. It took months before the light would come on normally. Second, my boyfriend was cleaning the bathroom sink, and his finger goes through this patched up hole and breaks it. I don't know what shoddy material they used to patch this hole, but it obviously could not withstand the weight of a cleaning. The garbage disposal stopped working about 6 months into our lease. Our biggest problem right now is our epic battle with bugs. Yes it's true what everyone else has commented on here, there is a major problem with bugs. Ants have invaded my house, and I have never seen maintenance spray for them. Overall, the place is junk. There are a ton of place that are very near that you can get for cheaper. It's overpriced, outdated, and just plain awful.
