The bugs at this place are awful and do invade your youe apartment even after you have them spray. Your duty as a tenant is to call every couple weeks and have them spray. The parking is HORRIBLE!!!!! I have to leave work and be home by 5 to even get a spot remotely close to my apartment. Once I get home I can not leave because I will lose my spot and have to walk alone in the dark about 10-20 yards to even get my parking lot. I take half days once a month to go grocery shopping so I can unload all my crap in my OWN complex parking lot.
The inside lets see, my kitchen light does not work and the light bulb is stuck in the socket in both the kitchen and the bath. OH, my favorite is the dishwasher I have had them come and fix at least 4 times. The last time they stated I can only wash my dishes on the light cycle in order for the soap dispenser to work.
The patio floor is rooting and has a huge hole where you can see down three stories. That just makes everyone feel safe to stand out there.
This place is not worth it!!! I did not like Hampton Woods but it is right down the road and I wish I would have stayed there iinstead of ending up here!
