Since I have moved in they have gotten better. Before there were always parties and police here. Now its pretty quit! The maintenace is pretty good about fixing things and the staff is always nice and helpful. Be carefull when you move in though! Make sure its the apartment you are moving into and check for everything that is wrong! The pricing is also reasonable. Its about as good as you can get being in an apartment. Its also close to everything.
