Scurvy management - mediocre apartments

This complex was purchased by an out-of-town property management firm named Laramar. Within 3 months, they'd fired the one reliable and friendly manager, replacing her with a handful of surly, high-school-aged trollops devoid of customer service skills or common courtesy. The rates went up. They started to charge for water (with a late charge fee that was more than double the actual bill amount!). They started to lock up the tennis courts and exercise rooms so no one could use them. Understandably, the vacancy rate increased significantly. By the time I left, the place was turning into a real dump.
