These apartments are nothing short of "glorified crack houses"! In the time that I have lived here they have never fixed the exterior or the interior for that matter. It's a dump (and that is a nice version of what I could say). The management clearly does not know how to do anything except for complain about their tenants. How can you complain about the type of people that are coming into this place if (a) you let them in and (b) you don't make the "living environment" suitable for the type of client you want to attract'!
