Cheap..you get what you pay for..maybe they should charge less....

I live there currently...it is okay..nothing special at all. The staff i think is accomodating.
My facets leak, screen doors fall off..the side walks are falling apart and the walls are thin...i mean living in an apartment it is inevitable to hear your neighbors but my boyfriend can hear the neighbors peeing.. up until the last drop. nice, huh'
Anyway, they will fix what they can asap..so the mantience are busy all the time since there are only a couple of them. We will plan to move when and our lease is up. One more thing..IF you want good parking FORGET ABOUT IT!!!! If you work late plan to walk about half a mile. At least my complex is bad about parking.
