I have had issues with being able to hear my neighbors above me walking around. Their sleep schedule is different than mine since I work days. The maintenance staff is GREAT, always willing to fix any problems I have had in a timely manner. I will have to say I don't necessarily care for the manager...she thinks her SH** doesn't stink. Well honey we all put our pants on one leg at a time. The sidewalks I was told when I moved in a year ago would be fixed and they still haven't been. My water bill is getting higher and higher every month. Last month my water bill, yeah my water bill was $40 but they claim no leakage.

I wouldn't say it is a bad place for an apartment. It is one of the better complexes in Lenexa. Very spacious 2 bedroom apartments. OH, another problem I have experienced living here. My neighbor smokes and every once in a while his smoke comes through my bathroom vents some how some way. I don't smoke but can recognize the smell. Rent is resonable if your looking for something on the cheaper side of things. Laundry facility, heck you never know if the washers and dryers are going to be working or not. Good luck on your search but don't be discouraged by all the bad remarks. Because it really isn't THAT bad for living in an apartment. I have seen much worse.
