I have had 3 work orders in the office since December 04 and 8 months later I still have : heater vent over hallway falls out, I cannot use the storage below my kitchen sink or bathroom sink because of their failure to repair damages from water, my dishwasher (aside from my dishes coming out with more dirt) falls out of the cabinet when I have the bottom and top pulled out at the same time, my girlfriend cannot even use the faucet in the bathroom because she can't turn it on or off due to how hard you have to turn them to get them off.
Also, when I was looking at the apt. before my lease was signed, I was told that the appliances would be new.....well the 3/4 size fridge was bought in '82, and the oven and range look like they belong in the 70's and have little life left in them and the ceiling fan is connected to use only one speed. The cabinets will only fit the smallest of items from your grocery store (picture Del Monte single serving peaches, I can't even put a box of cereal in them.
I don't have anything negative to say about the staff because I never talk to them because I would rather yell at them than listen to their --------, but they are managers at a crap apartment complex for a reason. I have contacted them 3 times regarding my work orders and they said each time that they have them and will get to them ASAP......(this was over 8 months ago!) Amazingly terrible!

I have to say if so many people are having problems with work orders why dont you contact the office, where you can actually get help, instead of posting your problems here? No one can help you if you are so upset, but don't relay that to the staff.
