Liz was great but she's not there anymore. They jack you around all the time here. Swimming pool is never open - during the heat wave when it was 98 for 2 weeks the pool was closed the whole time. I keep going and getting a different story on the pool hours, but it doesn't matter 'cause whenever I go it's closed. Office staff lied when we first moved in and tried to charge $200 more, 5 days after we'd signed everything and moved in.

The buildings are a mess, boards with nails sticking out laying around, sidewalks turn into a muddy mess whenever it rains.

The laundry rooms were unlocked when we moved in, then all of the sudden one day they're locked with a sign to get a key at the office, not much good if it's Sunday and the office is closed, and forget clean clothes for Monday.

And yes, you can hear your neighbors peeing, and their tv shows. Oh, and everyone lets their dogs crap everywhere and no one picks it up, in the summer it stinks like a toilet outside.

On the plus side, the creek is nice and the area near it is nice, and the mainteance guys have been cool when things break. We'll be leaving when the lease it up, though.
