Woodridge Apt is a huge disappointment. When they show you the model, it looks nice. You can tell it is an older complex but it looks decent. Wait til you move in!

The minute you sign the lease the staff becomes very rude, treating you like its a "privilege" to live there.

In the winter, they never shoveled the side walk or the parking lot, so many of us were stuck there and couldnt go to work! In the summer they don't main anything. They let dogs poop everywhere and dont do anything about it. They don't plant any new bushes and there is always big puddles of mud everywhere.

The apartments themselves are total crap. Every appliance is from the 80's and they barely work. Almost every one of our appliances broke while we were there. Maintenance takes forever to come fix things and half the time they dont totally fix it.

Don't plan on getting any sleep there either. I can always hear noise. Oh yeah, and the cops are there A LOT! That is probably because there's a lot of trashy people there!

Don't be tricked by Woodridge and their "great prices", you can do a lot better!
