I moved into this complex in 2004 and at first thought it was nice, but then it started declining and now I can't wait to get out of here! They don't care about maintaining the grounds anymore, they had a nice in-ground sprinkler system that they would use to keep the grass healthy, now the sprinklers just sit around rusting unused. They never pick up trash anymore, they even let residents pile up trash outside their doors for days and days, causing nasty odors and eyesores. When they do try to fix things around the property, they never give residents notice and act like they don't care that it inconveniences residents at all to not have a parking lot for 4 days due to repaving or have to remove everything off their balcony with no notice. All they seem to care about is getting new people to sign leases and they offer no service whatsoever to people once they are residents. No wonder I have seen 6 people move out of my building in the last year!

That place blows. They spent two years trying to collect 2700 bucks from me because I left before my lease was up. The reason I left was because they failed to complete 3 work orders I submitted on my move-in checklist for 9 months. At nine months I contacted the Kansas Attorney Generals's office and they confirmed the breach of contract by Woodridge. I haven't paid a single penny to them since the day I left. Do not rent from this place. They are managed by a company (Laramar) that is not a socially responsible corporate entity.
