I have been here since (Laramar) the old management company has been here and since that time, I have seen many managers come and go. However, there has been a new assistant manager/leasing that I believe may be someone who care turn this place around. Since I have been here I have never received a notice that I had a package delivered to the office; I did just recently. Within the last new fews weeks, I have had all of my concerns addressed and I have actually talked with the new staff about having a "Welcome Pool Party" to introduce the new management. They have also discussed with me about there intentions on what improvements that will be made this summer. From what we discussed, it sounds like they are gunienly concerned about us residents and will truly impact this community, for the better that is. I can't say anything great about the community as of now, but I believe the new management will be about changing this community for the better. I look forward to seeing what happens here; which will determine if I renew my current lease next month.

From what I've seen, they don't care at all about the residents. They are just trying to make small improvements to the outside so they can sucker more people into signing leases. Then once they have signed they will put you in a run down apartment that is falling apart, not respond to your requests and treat you rudely. I've never lived in an apartment complex that had such incompetent management and I've lived in a lot in my lifetime. These "improvements" will just be an excuse to jack the rent up on unsusupecting tenants. Thank god I'm getting out soon!

You have lived there for 12 years and you put up with there stuff, now you are excited about a pool party.Something is very wrong with your assessment.I looked up Laramargroup and saw that they got rid of Woodridge.
Repairs to furnish improvements probably too costly.Property too run down be efficient.
