good place im billy i lived at weskan and enjoyed my stay there would tell every one to try it at least if you have low income and disability jan, 1 2009 to aug 2009 i lived there great people there so go ahead go to weskan as soon as you can so u can get on the list

good apartment I used to live at Westkan till my income went up to where I had to pay more than I wanted to for an apartments so I moved out and got me a house.
I lived there under the old managent and just for a short time under the present manager.
