No one is EVER in the office to answer questions or call in maintenace requests to. The property owner Wilhoit is horrible, they do NOT take care of their properties and it is really sad considering this is a pretty new property. The whole parking lot, grass and flower beds are full of trash amd weeds all the time. The apartment complex floods everytime it rains and so bad that residents cannot leave their apartments. Overall, I do not like Fieldstone Apartments. They need to be taken over by a management company who knows what they are doing and can run this little property.
