Good place to live! - Great place to live. Very safe. No problems with staff, residence, or parking. Has the standard military clause for soldiers that come down on orders (PCS, ETS, and deployment) in the middle of thier lease. Staff always willing to work with you. They took care of my apartment and mail a couple of times while out of town. The only downside is the price but Manhattan in general has ...Full review of Georgetown Apartment Homes

- I lived in this complex for almost two years and I had a few problems but overall it was great. One problem is that the walls between apartments are thin and you can almost hear everything the other person is saying. if you don't like children i wouldn't move here either. there were always a lot of children running around being kids. Overall these were nice, well maintained ...Full review of Country Meadows Apartments

Great place for an engineering student - I lived there for 4 years, so clearly I thought the place was decent. No one is going to call this place the be-all end-all of apartments, but the proximity to campus and the Engineering building in particular makes this place a great deal. It is like having your own on-campus parking lot. The parking lots are never completely full, but 2/3 of the spaces are in a lot which is a couple ...Full review of 1800 Platt Apartments

Good Place to Live - It was definetely a nice and comfortable place to live. The heating and cooling insulation could have been designed to be more equally distributed. We only had a few minor repairs to be made which were usually resolved by the 2nd call for service (the maintenance staff weren't any smarter than a box of rocks). The office staff were courteous and professional. The only downside and sometimes ...Full review of Forrest Creek Townhomes

Great place to live - I've lived in several different apartment complexes over the years, and I must say, this is the best. Reasonable rent, lots of living space, and helpful staff. I thought the apartments were energy efficient compared to other places I've lived, and the upkeep was great. ...Full review of Cambridge Square

Not bad, get what you pay for - I lived in a 3 bedroom, ground floor for two years. Rent was $805 and the quality of the apartment was appropriate for the price. The buildings are starting to show their age and towards the end of my two year stay, I grew tied of the quality. Pros: * Plenty of parking * Decent Rent * Bearable quality * Great apartment for the cheap college student * Largely a complex of young ...Full review of Chase Manhattan
