First off I want to say that when talking to these property managers about moving in they seemed really nice and willing to work with us and everything seemed very nice and well ran. Later I found out that the only thing well ran is the detailed description of everything you have ever done wrong while living there. In fact shortly after moving in and getting a noise complaint they installed a camera in the hall way of our apartment, and around other places too, but they seem to have missed a few floors. We got a noise complaint....in aggieville ....I mean seriously, in the middle of the school year on a weekend it's noisy everywhere.
My advice to you is to seriously consider this before you sign that lease. READ IT very carefully because they are smart about not leaving any legal matters out. If you are the only person that lives there I hope you only have 2 friends or 2 family members that like to see you at once because there is a limit to the number of people you can have in your apartment at one time.
I have not been impressed at all with this place, you must keep every piece of paperwork also, they tend to change their minds about things like pets and rental fees and such. In my opinion they are just out to make money and they do it under the legal security blanket that is their lease. Plus for the price that they are asking you could live in four apartments in Junction City.
I would love to take them to court for all the bull but I made the mistake of losing papers and things like that, like I said don't believe what they tell you. I am sure if they read this, it comes as a total shock. Oh! And they hate confrontations, they will leave you nasty little notes on your door, but when you go to see them they are all nice like nothing ever happened. Do us all a favor and don't even go here to look, and if you live here already, get out asap. Put them out of business.

So its their fault for enforcing rules and keeping proper documentation? I mean, seriously, just because you are not smart enough to read a document before signing and keep it; thats their fault? Did they force you to sign that lease? Most people would be happy to have camra's in an apartment community just for the extra security. Did you ever request a copy of the lease you signed? You are entitled to a copy of anything you sign. You could use some common sense....

By discrepancies, I mean the 4th Street office has always waived the $10 fine for separate rent checks (Just a scam to make more money really. No other utility charges you for separate checks), and has never fined us for handing in rent a day late (though they probably should).

I am the current manager and I just want to say that we take noise complaints very seriously. Even if you receive a noise complaint from us, you will most likely appreciate our position on noise at some point during your time here. The security cameras help us to do the job we are committed to doing.
