I recently moved to Kansas and was very excited to be moving here. After living in the apartment now I hate it. Its way too much for what it is. I live on my own and I thought it would be nice living in a building with a little higher security than other apartments. Its horrible!
In other reviews I saw others comment about the noise. I was also told that noise is not a problem. I can hear all the bars every night, and the garbage trucks come to empty them at 530 AM. I am not a morning person and waking up to a garbage truck is not too pleasant. The first time I heard it I thought we were being bombed!
The management is a joke. They make complaints about certain tenants and not others. They allowed a tenant to come back into the building after they smashed a wall, broke a door in their apartment, and trashed their apartment completely. They never give a good notice of when they are coming into the apartments and they are rude when the do come.
Laundry facility sucks. My clothes are never dry when I take them out of the dryer.
Overall if I had known this about the building before I signed a contract I would not have moved in. Its horrible and I cant wait to move

I am current apartment manager and I would ask which apartment this tenant was living in, because outside noise can possibly be more troubling at some locations that others. Those locations directly across from the bars will likely be louder. We are always willing to discuss the pros and cons of certain locations with anyone considering living here.
If anyone has problems with management or with laundry, we appreciate very much hearing about it, because we pride ourselves on making things right and having a good reputation.
