i've lived here for 5 years and overall it's been a nice experience.
good: feels safe, police patrol every so often, quiet area outside, friendly neighbhors, clean, appliances are in good condition - nothing has ever broken except for the a/c once. spacious floorplans (both plans over 950 sq.ft).
bad: the price seems to go up every few months, unfriendly management, high cost to break the lease, very loud A/C unit, 10-15 min drive to the KSU campus - cannot walk
