When I first saw the apartment, I fell in love. It has a wonderful layout, window sills, on the first floor with a patio looking out to a grassy area. The day I moved in started the year of hell. I noticed the window had a large crack that went from the bottom to half way up. Before I even got the key to the place, I told them about it and asked that it get fixed. That was August 5th. About a month later the crack grew to the full length of the window. Again I called, they said they would fix it. After numerous calls (and cell phone minutes), calling the supposed "head office," and leaving numerous complaints, the window was fixed on December 12th - 4 months and 7 days after I had reported it.
I basically avoid management at all costs. They are rude and inconsiderate on the phone and lack the mentality to understand the dangers of a broken window on a first floor apartment.
I find it very sad that such a wonderful complex with spacious apartments is under such terrible management. If you are able to ignore the management aspect, then I suggest this place for the nice apartments, but aside from that, stay away!
