This apartment complex is NOTORIOUS for cheating residents. I was living in a 4 room apartment, and was cheated out of most of my deposits. There was an iron burn on my carpet that was ALREADY THERE when I moved in, but I was charged anyway. Also, very noisy. This is the complex where a few years ago students were having a party and their floor CAVED IN. CM blamed the residents for "having too many people in the apartment". They were quite screwed over. Also, another friend's apartment caught on fire. The management drug their feet on getting them a new unit, and was not very helpful in general. I would NOT live here unless you like hassles and weight limits on your floor.
