It's good for college students

I'm currently living in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment. I think the apartments are well built and have pretty thick/insulated walls that block out alot of noise. But when weekend comes all hell breaks loose around here- constant yelling, slamming doors, people running up and down the breezeway, ect. So if you like partying or dont mind people partying, then this is the place for you. Laundry facilities are awful. You have to hall your clothes clear across the parking lot and by the time you get there hopefully you can find a working washer/ dryer. It's expensive to do your laundry- especially since only 2 or 3 dryers work properly and dry well. The machines always eat your money and management never does anything to fix or replace the machines- so you're better off going to a laundry mat. Parking is ok. I hate coming home and never having anywhere to park due to the fact people without permits are taking all the good parking spots. Several times a week a tow truck comes and tows vehicles that dont belong here so make sure your guests park in the designated guest parking. The location is ideal for a kstate student. All within walking distance of campus, stadiums, restraunts, and the hospital... which comes back to the noise issue- you will constantly hear sirens and traffic. As a student I have found Chase to be a good apartment that suits my needs for the most part.
