Not bad, get what you pay for

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
I lived in a 3 bedroom, ground floor for two years. Rent was $805 and the quality of the apartment was appropriate for the price. The buildings are starting to show their age and towards the end of my two year stay, I grew tied of the quality.
Pros:
* Plenty of parking
* Decent Rent
* Bearable quality
* Great apartment for the cheap college student
* Largely a complex of young people
* Didn't have to worry about being loud; never received any noise complaints
Cons:
* The windows were poorly sealed and with my apartment being ground floor, we lost a lot of heat during the really cold months
* Pipes clogged; sinks and bath tubs drained slowly
* Windows leaked
* Maintenance usually didn't fix problems the first time
* Carpet and trim beat up
* Bugs were common with my ground floor apartment
* On-site laundry mat has bad dryers, though they were slowly replacing them
* Management took $200 of the security deposit for insignificant cleaning tasks upon move out
* Couldn't contest damage/condition during move out inspection
I would recommend Chase Manhattan to others, though if you're picky about quality, I'd look elsewhere.
