I lived in this complex for almost two years and I had a few problems but overall it was great. One problem is that the walls between apartments are thin and you can almost hear everything the other person is saying. if you don't like children i wouldn't move here either. there were always a lot of children running around being kids. Overall these were nice, well maintained apartments for the expensive Manhattan area.
