Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Management is not very discriminating - will rent to anyone with first and last month's rent. It's okay to trash your apartment if you make a lot of money but if you don't, then you are screwed. Police came by several months ago to investigate an altercation. Management really doesn't care and they don't like to repalce stuff.
